Transport Infrastructure Ireland ( TII ) had a 21 week program over two phases.
Whelan Electrical Engineering Ltd completed a strip out of a four storey office block.
The new installation consisted of new Lighting, General services, Fire alarm, Security, Data and Switchgear.

Scope of Works.
This project consisted of an entirely new installation of lighting with Daylight control, Power services, Data services, New Security Access Control and CCTV systems.
Exposed ceilings coupled with surface mounted exposed fixtures in Breakdown areas and Canteen areas bringing a modern look and compliment the standard of workmanship throughout the fit out.
Open plan office areas consisted of a 222 desk layout with power and data desk modules fitted to suit.

This project was a fast track fit out over two floors in the Grand Canal Plaza and was completed over a 9 week programme under budget.

Scope of Works.
WEEL’s completed a high end fit-out consisting of New Fire Alarm system, KNX lighting system, General services, Telecoms and Data installation.
The project was on a single floor of the Sweepstakes Building Dublin and completed over the course of 10 weeks.

Scope of Works.
This project consisted of an entirely new installation of Lighting with PIR Control, Power Services, Data services. Exposed ceilings throughout meant all containment and fittings were installed to a high standard to create a visually impressive office space.
The open plan office space consisted of 75 desk layout with power and data desk modules fitted to suit.
This project was completed over an amazing 6 week program and delivered on time and on budget.

WEEL completed a full strip out of the existing services throughout the building.
Once completed WEEL installed new lighting, General services, Fire Alarm, Security System, Switchgear and a new disabled Refuge system.

This was a landlordbased fit-out consisting of a refurb to the Foyer, Reception, Grounf floor offices, Stair core areas and Toilet core areas while the building was occupied.
